SAVE THE DATE & Check out the table for Peace.The Season of Peace 2012, is held annual Jan. 30 - Apr 4 and details can be found online at www.agnt.org. The first of (3) visioning will be held Sun., 1-29-12, 12:45-1:30pm. If you have never visioned or currently have a visioning practice, or are just curious about visioning, join us. This visioning session is design to capture what we, individual will call forth as Peace.
Team Peace, which is going to participate in the 16th Annual Ski for Women is seeking some classical skier to join the team for Sun. Feb. 5. Team Peace will be skiing in the fun ski category and the event is held at Kincaid park. Interested team members contact Christina D. Young at christina.deyoung@gmail.com or 337-1788.
Meet the World Anchorage, Sat., Feb. 25, 11am-4pm at the Anchorage Museum is seeking a few volunteers who would like to support the Season of Peace table. The table will host the creation of Peace Crane making. This annual Fur Rondy event is open to the public and has over 1,600 attending guest. Hosted by Bridge Builders of Anchorage. C.O.R.E. COUNCIL APPLICATIONS

The council serves a function similar yet not identical to a corporate Board of Trustees.
It is the final decision making body for our community. There is 1 laity vacancy and 1 practitioner vacancy (3 year terms each.)
VISION CORE APPLICATIONS
Deadline is January 22
The Vision C.O.R.E. meets to ‘catch’ God’s highest idea for our Center.
There is 1 laity vacancy and 1 practitioner vacancy.
Requirements for all applications: must be a member of the Center and have taken Foundations class
Plus 30 additional class hours. Special consideration shall be given to persons who are enrolled or have completed a lesser amount of class hours.

If you love to cook and entertain, host a meal and auction to members of our church community. If you love to eat and socialize, bid on a meal hosted by one of our members. Remember, it’s a fundraiser. All the money we raise is for our spiritual community! So pick a date, fill out a form become a Gourmet for God, bid on a lot of meals—and build unity in our community. Sign-up to host is on the table in the Sanctuary. Enjoy!

Opportunities to Serve
· Join the Marketing Team – We’re looking for several individuals to help disseminate information about ACSL.
· H.O.M.E. (Heart Opening, Mind Expanding) - We would appreciate any of the following donations for H.O.M.E. Ministry to support our brothers & sisters who are in need (in small travel sizes, if possible):
Ø Shampoo, Underarm Deodorant, Comb/Brush, Soap, and Toothbrush/Toothpaste.
Also needed are mens heavy weight pants waist sizes 30 to 34, boots and shoes, socks.and long johns.
· Join the Red Carpet Club Red Carpet Club is seeking volunteers to help welcome new people to our loving community.
We are a community that helps each other, be a part of it.
· Taize’ Service - Come and join the peaceful candlelight meditation, music and sacred readings on Wednesday
